Virginie Plauchut is a photographer based in France, she works between Nîmes and Paris. For her first publication on PhotoDonuts, she comes with Altera, a dark, mysterious and troubling series.
She said: « This photographic explores the fragments of a story not revealed. A reality that transports to another time. Time outstanding, diluted or the complex relationship, the two inseparable boys became the visual language. The unspeakable creeps into the images. I am looking for in this sanctuary, or they continue to weave the son every day of their relationship, emotion, inner turmoil. I try to touch, pause in this enigmatic with this timeless dimension, the melancholy poetry of these things, or darkness, innocence and sweetness come together and intermingle. »
